8T49N287-003NLGI8 Overview
56-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This Clock PLL will be fed by HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, LVTTL, Crystal as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There are 2.375V ~ 2.625V, 3.135V ~ 3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C ~ 85°C (TA). I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Frequency Translator in this case. A member of the FemtoClock® NG series, this electronic component is made of plastic.
