The Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output 6N138 is a versatile and reliable optocoupler ideal for a wide range of applications. It features a 4-pin 8DIP package, with a wide 5000 Vrms Isolation Voltage, a maximum 1 mA DC Forward Current, and a High CTR (current transfer ratio) of 3500% minimum at 2 mA DC. This optocoupler is also equipped with a very fast 1μs rise and fall time, as well as a reverse voltage of 5 Volts, for improved reliability and protection against electrical shock.
